This week’s question: When do you know you’re an adult?

This week’s quote:  “I’m liquored up.”

Two comics sit in a closet at midnight and question what it means to be an adult. (Hint: it’s probably not whatever we’re doing.)

I don’t know how to define being an adult. I’m a father of two little girls, pay all my bills on time, have exceptional credit, wear a suit to work when I am meeting with my clients, and am very professional and courteous in my interactions, and I usually do all this while wearing Batman undies or socks. Sometimes a combination of the two. And I would never be able to entertain a professional colleague at home as mine is filled with action figures(mine not my kids) in every room (even atop the fridge), toy lightsabers hanging from the walls, an aluminum sign above the bathroom which reads “CAUTION HARMFUL GAS”, and mannequin wearing an Optimus Prime costume I made out of cardboard (He’s standing next to the couch). So am I an adult? Sure, half the time. The rest of the time I’m me.
